Muzik Iz...Me is NOT a drum clinic. Nor is it a musicians only event. It is open to all musicians and lovers of music, alike. This will be the first of many events, each one catering to a specific instrument and/or genre of music. Our goal is to bring the music community of Albuquerque closer together, as well as ignite the fire in those seeking to enter into it, while also providing an alternate form of entertainment to those outside of it.

Chris Gat hails from Killeen, TX. His gift of music through drumming has taken him across the world, performing in over 20 countries. He is currently the drummer for the local Old School/R&B/Hip-Hop power house, Phocus as well as Latter Praise, a local gospel choir. He is also an active member & drummer at Legacy Church and lead drum mentor at Albuquerque's Modern School of Worship.

Calvin Rodgers hails from Chicago, IL. In addition to being one of the top practitioners of his craft, he is inarguably one of the most influential Gospel drummers of all time. He has worked with some of most notable Gospel artists our time including Ricky Dillard & New G, Bishop Larry Trotter, VaShawn Mitchell, John P. Kee, Martha Munizzi, The Clark Sisters, Kim Burrell, Israel Houghton & many more. He is currently the Musical Director for Fred Hammond.
